Filling My Freezer

Hi Guys, because of our new financial situation, I have decided to fill my freezer.  I usually grate 3kg of cheese and freeze, which I have done.  I am adding cooked shredded bacon and mushrooms, to make meals with,  I also made some breakfast egg and bacon rolls.                                                                                                                  

Well as I type I am making waffles to put in the freezer.  Since we are now in financial crisis I am doing everything I can to save us money.  I went shopping yesterday and purchased around $400 worth of good healthy food, I intend to cook from scratch.  Wish me luck.

Well I just got a call from my husband, he has been laid off, so now we are truly starting afresh.  We are a family of 7 so this is going to be a challenge, I have a part time job which will help...so my plan is to turn this family into frugal monsters.  I will take you on my journey.
